Felice Tocchini is chef patron of Fusion Brasserie in Hawbridge near Stoulton, Worcestershire. Felice and his wife Fiorinda opened this brasserie in 2006. It is an unusual building, situated in a quiet rural location with a beautiful contemprary interior.
For a number of years Felice has worked alongside William Haines creating a variety of dishes containing sprouts.

Some of Felice’s recipes are featured in Tess Read’s “The Sprout Book- a celebration of the humble Brussels Sprout” which is published by Michael O’Mare Books. A perfect gift for the Brussels Sprout lover (or hater) in your life! A recent survey found that Brussels Sprouts were the most hated vegetable in Britain yet they are full of vitamins, folic acid and dietary fibre – in fact they are very good for you!

Box Court Plants & Gardens are based in Newent in Gloucestershire and is a relatively young garden design practice with its roots firmly based in a traditional and wholesome approach to gardens. The team has just been awarded a Silver-Gilt Medal at the Malvern Autumn Show 2008 for their garden “The Small-Holders Plot”.
As you would expect from a designer who studied plants at The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, along with working in a Renaissance garden in Italy, the Sprout Garden  will be a garden mixed with a love of the past and strong structure with a bold mix of unusual contemporary planting and a splash of the grandiose. It will be traditional, being edged in box and will have more than a sprinkling of topiary box alongside a herb garden and naturally an abundance of sprouts.
