Spotify and Walmart+ have announced a collaboration to provide new and existing Walmart+ members with a six-month Spotify Premium trial.
Customers who sign up for a Walmart+ membership can get free shipping, early access to special sales and events, free store delivery, and cheaper medicines and petrol.
Walmart is one of the world’s largest retailers, and Spotify is the most popular streaming platform, and a new agreement is the first of its kind.
It is available to both new and existing Walmart+ customers who have never used Spotify Premium before.
The promotion is redeemable through Spotify and Walmart’s landing page.
Walmart+ customers will enjoy the first six months of Spotify’s Individual Premium option for free after redeeming the deal, giving them access to ad-free streaming of millions of songs.
While ad-free music streaming is a big plus, Premium subscribers also get unlimited skips, the ability to play any song (on mobile and desktop), and the opportunity to download music for offline and on-the-go listening.
