Bespoke shirtmaker Emma Willis is moving in to a new HQ in the centre of Gloucester in a deal brokered by retail property specialists Bruton Knowles.

The Jermyn Street shirtmaker will be taking over a stylish period building at Bearland House in the city.

Julian Capewell, Associate at Bruton Knowles, Gloucester, acted for landlord Prestige Properties in letting the 4,300sq ft building.

He said: “I was particularly pleased to secure this letting to Emma Willis as we also brokered her move to Central Cross in Gloucester three years ago.

“It is fantastic to see a local business develop like this and I am certain that Emma Willis will continue to go from strength to strength.”
