Why Glassdoor has named NVIDIA as best place to work in the US in 2022

An artificial intelligence expert tech company has been named the best place to work in the US.

The 14th annual Employees Choice Awards has been held by Glassdoor - a world leader in insights about jobs and companies - and has named NVIDIA as the best place to work in 2022.

The company is based in Santa Clara in California, and Glassdoor's figures show 94 percent of the employees would recommend working there.

Even better is the 99 percent rating for CEO Jen-Hsun "Jensen" Huang.

In a review, one employee said: "NVIDIA offers great pay and benefits. The people here are very friendly and have a strong work ethic. Jensen is an awesome CEO and deserves all of the recognition he receives."

Another said: "Opportunities, real impact, innovation, great culture, honesty, charity initiatives, work-life balance, care for employees, visionary CEO & Sr leadership"

The company currently employs 7,493 people.

In second place was another tech company, HubSpot.

The company is based in Cambridge in Massachusetts, employs 3,387 people and had assets of more than $1.9 billion at the end of 2020.

One employee said: "I've never worked at a company that so much was geared toward having a happy and inclusive work force.

" My team has been great and has welcomed me with open arms. Work/life balance is has been awesome."

Another said: "HubSpot really walk the walk when it comes to work life balance and how they treat their employees."

Other companies in the Glassdoor top 10 include Google, Bain and Company, eXp Realty and SalesForce.
