Forbes names C Spire one of the top midsized employers in the US

Forbes

C Spire, a Mississippi-based diversified telecommunications and technology services firm, has been named one of the finest mid-sized employers in the United States.

C Spire has made the list for the second year in a row, this time at number four in its industrial sector.

The survey that ranks these companies is led by polling 60,000 U.S. employees working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees.

The company, which employs over 1,800 people throughout Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee, continues to expand as it serves its local communities.

Barb Miller, senior VP of Human Resources for C Spire said “The ranking recognizes that C Spire is committed to helping employees excel in small, diverse teams, which provide team members with a chance to expand their knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences, leading to better products and services.”

Employees at C Spire helped to determine the ranking using a survey that was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees who were asked to rate their desire to refer their own company to friends and family.

They also considered other employers in their industry correspondingly that stood out positively or negatively.

This shows C Spire is well-known in the business for being a great place to work and a strong firm among its competitors and peers.

C Spire CEO Hu Meena was quick to compliment and credit the company employees when recognized for making this list again for 2022.

Meena advised: “We are pleased that C Spire has been named to this prestigious list, but it’s really all about our great team members.”

She added: “Our employees are proud innovators, pioneers and game-changers who push boundaries to bring next-level technology to market, and who are committed to operational excellence.”

The research is done by Forbes and Statista, two leading business industry rating suppliers.
