Trew announced an expansion in Southwest Ohio, creating at least 75 new engineering jobs.
To support the project, the firm will repurpose 50,000 square feet of over 200,000 square feet of space in a technology center.
It will help in the development of material handling solutions.
Trew, which makes intelligent automated material handling solutions for retail, e-commerce, distribution, and manufacturing clients, will receive around $4 million in funds with an R&D Grant from the state’s private economic development corporation, JobsOhio.
COO Alfred Rebello said: “Consumer preferences, the labor environment, and supply chain pressures continue to drive transformation and growth in the material handling industry.”
“Our clients need innovations that fit their business and bring together process, technology, software, and people in a way that helps them thrive.
